- Be responsible for welcoming and making a good first impression on hotel guests
- Greet visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties
- Handle check in, check out and bid farewell for all hotel guests ensuring their comfort and satisfaction, adhering to the hotel standard operating procedures.
- Handle all keys, mails, facsimiles, messages and other special requests for guests
- Provide information and assistance to all guests
- Taking and placing reservations into the computer system
- Record messages and pass news of cancellations or visitor arrivals on to the appropriate employee
