I’m having an exciting journey with SAP Labs Vietnam where ideas are fully respected and listened. I have a chance to join many training, workshops to build up both soft skill and working skill. Furthermore, there are a number of interesting activities after working time that I can join like Guitar club or Yoga class. At SAP Labs Vietnam, every single moment, I believe that I can go step by step to make my world run better. I know that I am always supported and inspired by my manager, my leader and my colleagues. Our total rewards philosophy is to reward and recognize employee at the right time and with transparency. Pay for Performance is our philosophy.

We offer employee a yearly package including annual fixed 13 months' base salary and plus a variable incentive bonus depends on employee's yearly performance. We ensure competitive compensation structure on local market.
